Your patient file is uploaded to our secure website or secure FTP in the morning. It takes 2 minutes and is fully HIPAA compliant.

ClientTell calls using your personalized scripts to remind your patients of their appointments up to 10 times a day, between 12 pm and 8:30 pm. ClientTell has a much better chance of reaching your patients and delivering your message, which in turns lowers your no-shows and increases your bottom-line revenue. Our calls are automated, but the scripts are recorded by a live person, so your patients will hear a human voice. The phone call will display your caller ID, so patients will think it originates from your clinic. Patients have the ability to confirm or cancel their appointments right over the phone. Step 3

You are able to login to our secure website from any computer, 24 hours a day, and view the results of your patient reminder calls online. You can view call results in real time as they are being made, including who was contacted, who confirmed, who cancelled etc. You can separate the reports by providers or offices and view a daily schedule of every provider. Having this information in real time will enable you to adjust your schedule and fill the canceled appointments. Following is a sample report for one of our clients.
