Appointment Reminder File Specifications

ClientTell makes appointment reminder calls utilizing computer technology along with a recorded human voice. Appointment files are received from clients via secure file transfers. ClientTell supports HTTPS web, SFTP or web services deliveries, the data files are then imported into ClientTell's systems.

Most medical/dental practice management software has the ability to print an appointment schedule to a file. The file may be in raw format or if the practice management software allows, a comma delimited file. Some practice management software may have the ability to fully automate this process. Please contact your technical support department to determine if this can be automated.

Types of Files Accepted

• A readable flat text file generated from a print function in the management software
• Comma delimited file
• Other types may include popular databases such as Excel
  
  

Fields Required

• Physician name
• Practice name*
• Location*
• Patient name (formats include last name, first name or first name, last name)
• Patient phone number
• Date of appointment
• Time of appointment
• Notes field*

*Denotes optional fields

Once you generate the appointment reminder file, please attach it to an email and send for testing to file_specs@clienttell.net
