up to 10 times a day, between 12 pm and 8:30 pm. ClientTell

Daily Reports
During the calling session, you can login online and view a report which includes complete information of all calls made, including who was contacted, who confirmed, who cancelled etc. Having this information in real time will enable you to adjust your schedule and fill the canceled appointments.

What types of files we accept
- A readable flat text file generated from a print function in the management software
- Comma delimited file
- Other types may include popular database such as Excel
