Using ClientTell Lab to relay lab results, will significantly save you time on the phone talking to and playing phone tag with patients. This will be a great convenience for the patients. They will not have to worry about being away from their phone while awaiting a call from your office.

At the time of initial contact with the patient, simply tell them to call the toll-free # after a certain day and/or time and their information will be there for them. This will also avoid leaving messages on answering machines and having other household members hear that the patient’s doctor’s office called.
