New Online Lab Reporting System

ClientTell is pleased to introduce its innovative online reporting system. With this new interface your practice can log on to a secure website from any computer 24 hours a day. You can view reports of retrieved and not retrieved messages online, and you can download them to your computer.

The reports display summary information about total messages left from providers and retrieved by patients with information about call duration and type of message. These reports are useful for determining when messages are accessed and if they have been retrieved in an appropriate amount of time or not at all. The reports also detail normal and abnormal messages, so immediate attention may be given to those which require it. As a result, these reports should be used by a designated staff member who will identify any problems concerning message retrieval.
