ClientTell began serving the medical community in 1999. During that time, Pat Sullivan, while working for Johnson & Johnson, realized that medical offices did not have an effective way to communicate with patients and remind them of their appointments. Together with Chris Williams, after a year of research and design and without external financing, Pat set out to create a simple, web-based, patient communication service.

Ten years later the service has revolutionized the industry. The company has grown to become one of the largest providers of automated patient notification and lab reporting services in the United States servicing over 13,000 clients nationwide ranging in size from small medical practices, to many of the largest teaching hospitals including Beth Israel Deaconess, UCLA Medical School, University of Miami, University of Texas Southwestern, Washington University, University of Tennessee and many more.

ClientTell purchased one of Valdosta’s most historical buildings and in conjunction with the Department of Interior has completely refurbished the building back to its original 1860’s grandeur.
