August 16, 2013, Mobile, AL — Televox Software today announced that the HouseCalls automated messaging solution has joined the Greenway Medical Technologies online Marketplace as a certified API solution for users of Greenway’s PrimeSUITE platform.
As a Marketplace certified API solution, HouseCalls has been proven to deliver value-added interoperability with the Greenway PrimeSUITE electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution, supporting providers in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care.
Greenway customers will now be able to have appointment reminder notifications delivered to patients without intervention from the practice staff. Patients can respond to the notification to confirm the appointment, cancel or request to speak with the staff. HouseCalls notifications are delivered via voice call, email and text message and can contact patients during early evening hours when patients are 20% more likely to respond to messages than staff outreach delivered during the business day.
